Policies and Frequently Asked Questions.

A list & explanation of my various Gardening service policies. 

  1. Booking Related Policies:

  • Once a booking is made on the (Bookings page), I will either confirm the session, or message back to suggest and alternate date (if needed).

  • For certain services, advance notice (1 week) needs to be given, so I can ensure I have any required tools or materials.

  • Whilst I am more than happy to bag up (and supply bags) for any gardening waste, I will not be able to transport any gardening waste generated due to a number of practical and logistical considerations.

  •  Whilst I do provide my own electrical & cable tools such as: Hedge Trimmer & Lawn Mower etc, and am willing to use clients tools if asked, I will not be able to provide any chainsaw related services. 

  • Owing to some of my tools being cable powered, access to an electrical socket is required for certain services. 

  • At present, my working range, For electrical tools, is 100m away from any electrical socket. Work undertaken further than this, will need to be undertaken via hand tools. 

  1. Adjustments and cancellations.

  • If you wish to re-book or cancel an already booked session, I request a weeks notice. 

  • As any bookings made in advance, are subject to the weather on the selected day, Adjustments may be required if the arranged work Is unsuitable for the conditions on the day. 

  • Whilst I do make practical decisions on a case by case basis, I will usually visit regardless of the forecast-ed weather. However, in the event of extreme weather (Heavy Rain/Frost, or Temperatures exceeding 28 degrees celcus) Re-booking or cancellation of sessions may be required.
